It’s a room in it, for them to visit. That’s the idea, anyway, but let me tell you that it’s actually a pretty nice place for a person to live in.
There are a couple of rooms in hobbit house that you can visit, but the main one is the “toad room.” The hobbits rooms are all very similar in design, although they are divided into different sections. The bathroom is in front of the house, the bedroom is to the right, and the kitchen is to the right of that. In between the bathroom and kitchen are the two front doors, and the back door is a small door you can only get in.
